Guests can begin to arrive at the church around 1:30 PM on the day of the wedding! Keep in mind, our ceremony and reception are in two different locations, the church is in midtown Tulsa, and the reception venue is in Bixby!

We typically have pretty mild winters here in Tulsa! You can expect temperatures around 50 - 60 degrees Fahrenheit (10-20 degrees Celsius). But rest assured, we will have heaters outside, and plenty of room inside to get cozy!

We're excited to celebrate with people we know and love, and we hope you will have plenty of people to talk to (and maybe you'll make some new friends!) That being said, your invitation will tell you if you can bring a plus one!

Yes, of course! We are so excited to party with our little buddies!

You will be fed, we promise! We'll have passed ours d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and of course, some late night snacks, for any and all dietary needs!

While we're encouraging guests to uber, if you decide to drive, there is a parking lot across the street from the church! If you decide to drive to the reception from the church, you can park at the Mountain Crest venue parking lot at Dream Point Ranch!

We will be providing some transport for out of town guests between the venues that will leave from and arrive at the church but if you are local or want to drive yourself, we recommend taking Riverside!

We want to plan a killer party for everyone. Please have your RSVPs in (here on our website) by November 6th, 2026 at the absolute latest. If you have questions or need help, just ask!
